THE IMPORTANCE OF AN EDUCATION

Have you ever noticed how important an education is and how it can effect the way you live your life or how you are able to provide for a family? I waited 4 1/2 years to start my college education because I didn't want to be wasting money if I wasn't sure about what I was wanting to do. I decided to go into Business Management. I might also be looking at a minor in Finance. I really enjoyed the finance class that I took and how much I learned. Why is an education so important to me? I have noticed how my dad has struggled to find a job without at least an associates degree to his name. My mom has sometimes struggled(when she was single) and she decided to go back to school, now I just wish she would finish and at least have a degree in case she ever needed it. My stepfather has PHd and has a job which he really seems to enjoy. I have noticed how my older brother has been able to get a good job that has helped him be able to do things that he would like and that also allowed him to move somewhere(where he also met his future wife). I have friends who are going into things that they really enjoy and that will allow them to be able to provide for a future family. I have family members(some cousins) who have chosen not to persue a college education and how they have to find work that they aren't really happy doing. An education does make a difference. It doesn't matter what you go into, as long as it is something that you like and would be able to do for a while. As I have got into some college classes that are going towards my major, I'm amazed as the different things that I'm learning, while some people don't seem to understand certain topics I can explain the basics of certain things like: Economics and what the unemployment rate means, and what it means for countries that we do trade with. There will always be a reason to have an education even though we may not understand the current reason for it.

FLYING!

Flying was an interesting experience, to say the least of things. I flew out of the Salt Lake City International Airport. I made sure I was early enough, that if I had to take things out of my bags, if they were over-weighed then I could. I had plenty of time, I even stopped for a bottle of water, a business week, and a few postcards(one of which will be going to my little brother). As I sat on the plane from Salt Lake to Denver, I was seated to next to an older couple who are from Victor, Idaho(I thought it was a little odd). Take off was an interesting experience, as the plane started to get in the air, my ears started to pop. My plane from Salt Lake to Denver got in about 15 minutes earlier than it was suppose to, so I had a chance to get something to eat. My flight from Denver to Nashville(it had a stop in San Antonio) seemed to last a really long time. As we started to get over Nashville, the weather was bad(it had been raining). Nashville is a crazy airport, since some planes land on time and some don't, you have to walk from one end of the airport through half of it, in order to go downstairs and get your bags.I have realized that flying is a great experience and I would totally do it again. You seem to get there faster when up in the air. You also get to appreciate all the wonderful things that heaven has created for us to enjoy(from the sky).

Boys...why do they seem to cause headaches?

I have noticed that some boys can't make up their mind about things that they would like in their lives. I know that each person is different, but some guys seem to lots in common with other guys. I know most guys like sports and enjoying "Sports Center," but how can a girl tell the difference between certain guys that come around? I know a few guys that are going to school, and somehow at least 6 of them are studying the same general topic. Why do guys let a wonderful girl for them walk out of their lives? Is it because they hope the next one will be even better or is just because they just don't realize how great she is? BOYS...Listen Up! WE, GIRLS ROCK!! I guess the same thing could be asked of girls. Women, why do we let a great man walk out of our lives? I know that some guys aren't as mature as others but, lady's they do try their best. I have recently found that some guys just need a girl to talk to about things that they wouldn't tell to their buddies. I'm also very aware that girls talk a lot about guys, especially if they like him. Do guys talk about girls that they may like or may even want to ask out? I am proud of all the guys that I know that have made the commitment to getting married, I know that marriage has made them a better person. I know guys that are still in the process of doing their education, they put a lot of time into their studies to help them one day be a great provider for their future family. I know some "dolls" that say guys aren't worth their time, but to those I say,PATIENCE is a great to have when dealing with a guy.

We can ride a 4 wheeler..be a princess..throw a left hook..pack heat..hunt with the boys..bake a cake..love with passion..and if we have an ...opinion..you know you are gonna hear it!

An Offer

As I was talking to my Aunt Sandy on Sunday Night(Oct. 24, 2010), she made me an offer to come out to East Tennessee. I have a set of grandparents that live out there, my aunt and her husband, and my mom's brothers also live out in the east. I have had the strong feeling that I need to take my aunt up on her offer. I could use the time away from Idaho, to be somewhere I feel that I'm appreciated. It should be interesting to move back east and to be in a town that is the size of Blackfoot, Idaho. There are some great things that Tennessee has to offer, and that does include family. I hope to be able to see some places that I didn't have the chance to see the first time that I was out in East Tennessee. I know that some people don't understand how to drive on snow or ice, so I hope to be able to put my driving skills to good use.
